The team of event chauffeurs are trained in the art of being a professional chauffeur, experienced with VIPs, convoy driving, security, first aid, and advanced driving.
The chauffeurs have at least ten years of experience in providing chauffeur services. They have proven knowledge of London and the surrounding areas. We work alongside our chauffeurs to provide the best service.
Event Preparation
A team of experienced chauffeurs will always prepare for an event—first an introduction at our offices. We then take them through different scenario’s and introduce them to the event team. We send the event team on recces so that they are all accustomed to pick up locations.
In Any Event
Our team travelled to Switzerland in January 2018. We provided delegates at the World Economic Forum Davos with chauffeur cars for a week. A group of 15 chauffeurs braved temperatures of -22c, to provide their transportation.
VIP meet & assist services
VIP airside meet & assist at all London Airports. The first class greeting team provide a seamless service between the gate and our event chauffeurs. The chauffeur will be waiting to help with luggage and escort guests to their vehicle
Free bottled water and refreshments provided throughout the service, you can even choose your preferred beverages to be served to your guests, we can also have personalised biscuits printed up with your own design.
We cater for events of any size from one large vehicle to multiple cars, minibuses and coaches with the perfect combination of vehicles to meet your seating requirements.
We provide free Wi-fi in all our vehicles, so that your guests will always have access to internet for work or for pleasure.

Group Transportation
Our event chauffeurs have many options available for transportation of individuals & groups. We specialise in providing Mercedes S-class, Mercedes V-class and Range Rover Vogue. Besides our luxury cars, we provide luxury minibuses, 13-16 & 19 seaters. We also provide executive coaches for groups from 29-52
We can provide coordinators to work alongside our event chauffeurs. The event coordinators will liaise with your team during the course of the event. We will ensure the passengers are treated with care and professionalism.

We have a full range of chauffeur vehicles available for your events, from Mercedes S-class for individual airport transfers and high profile events, to Mercedes V-class for multiple small groups and Mercedes Sprinter 16-19 seater minibuses, 30 seater executive midi coaches and up to 50 seater coaches.
We have experience providing events from one vehicle up to 50 cars, minibuses and coaches. We can source and provide any number of vehicles to meet your requirements.
We are more than happy for the vehicles to be branded, depending on how the vehicle branding is to be applied there may be additional costs for putting branding on and removing it after the event. We can also have magnetic logos printed, customised sweets and biscuits are also available.
We can provide an exclusive event coordinator when you are having a sizeable event, otherwise, we can assign a head chauffeur to be responsible onsite for ensuring that all the vehicles and drivers are in the right place at the right time.
